With our different levels of Travel Insurance cover, you can choose the level of cover you require. Our policies offer up to £10 million worth of Emergency Medical Cover as well as many more benefits.

Our Annual Multi-Trip Travel Insurance policies have a maximum age limit of 79 and our Single Trip Travel Insurance policies have an age limit of 79 if you’re travelling to Canada, Caribbean, Mexico, and the USA (Area 4) but no upper age limit in areas 1-3 of our territorial limits. Yes, we do. Able2Travel Travel Insurance can insure those with pre-existing medical conditions as long as they are over the age of 18. Those under the age of 18 with a medical condition must be accompanied by an adult or be added on to a family policy during the medical screening process.

Does my Travel Insurance policy cover repatriation?

Yes. All Able2Travel Travel Insurance policies provide cover for unexpected Repatriation, if it is medically necessary, which would be advised by the Emergency Assistance Team.

Can I make changes to my Travel Insurance policy?

It is an ongoing condition of this Travel Insurance policy that you inform us of any changes in your medical conditions, in order to ensure you have the Travel Insurance cover you need. This can result in an additional premium being changed. Adding optional upgrades can be made at any time prior to your departure within the terms and conditions of the policy. However, it is not possible to reduce coverage in return for a partial refund.

Can I cancel my policy at any time?

Policies are fully refundable (minus any transaction fees) within 14 days of purchase. However, refunds are not possible if travel has commenced and no potential claim has been encountered.

What should I do if I have not received my policy documents by email?

All Able2Travel Travel Insurance policy documents are sent out by email and usually arrive within 5 minutes where a correct email address has been provided. However, occasionally the email can be rejected by your Internet Service Provider due to them wrongly identifying it as spam.

If you have not received your Travel Insurance policy within 3 hours of making your booking, call our Customer Service team on 01483 806 826 who will confirm your email address and resend your documents.

Where can I find a copy of the Policy Wording?

Any previous or current medical or mental sickness or condition that has resulted in the need of treatment in the form of prescribed medication, medical consultation, investigation or a check-up within the last 2 years needs to be declared. Any cardiovascular or circulatory condition (e.g heart condition, blood clot, raised cholesterol) that has occurred at any time prior to the commencement of cover.
