It is an ongoing condition of this travel insurance policy that you inform us of any changes in your medical conditions, in order to ensure you have the travel insurance cover you need. This can result in an additional premium being changed. Adding optional upgrades can be made at any time prior to your departure within the terms and conditions of the policy. However, it is not possible to reduce coverage in return for a partial refund.
Policies are fully refundable (minus any transaction fees) within 14 days of purchase. However, refunds are not possible if travel has commenced and no potential claim has been encountered.
All Able2Travel Travel Insurance policy documents are sent out by email and usually arrive within 5 minutes where a correct email address has been provided. However, occasionally the email can be rejected by your Internet Service Provider due to them wrongly identifying it as spam.
If you have not received your travel insurance policy within 3 hours of making your booking, call our Customer Service team on 01483 806 826 who will confirm your email address and resend your documents.
